Wednesday Menu

I am a day late getting my menu together, but I just didn't have time. We just got back from our vacation, which I'll talk about in another post, and with everything else there was to do, a menu just didn't get created.

This week, I'm going to try to introduce a couple of recipes from a book that I borrowed from the library, The $5 Dinner Mom Cookbook. It has a lot of great recipes that I will be able to adapt. This is especially important because I am going to try to not go to the grocery store this week. Our freezer is full of frozen protein and veggies, so I think this will be pretty easy to do.

Dinner: Vegetarian Pasta e Fagioli Soup

Monday
Lunch: Leftover Soup
Dinner: Pumpkin Soup and "Fried" Fish Sticks

Tuesday
Lunch: Leftover Soup
Dinner: Chicken Picatta w/ Salad
